Position Summary:

As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll utilize your negotiation skills, market knowledge, and strategic thinking to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices. Essential Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management:

• Complete Purchase Order Contracts based on project needs in a clear and concise manner.

Commercial Negotiations:

• Understand and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Supplier and Subcontractor Management:

• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.

• Secure and analyze quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and recommend suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery competitiveness.
Relationship Management:
• Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution, including handling scheduling changes and cancellations.

• Interface with various teams such as Operations, Scheduling, Field Engineering, Site Administration, and Finance as required.
Proposal Support:

• Provide support for proposals to ensure the best possible offerings to our clients.
Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years of related purchasing experience.
• Industry Experience: Construction industry preferred.
• Strong negotiating and analytical skills.

The base pay range for this Supply Chain Buyer role is $68,000 - $75,000 annually.
